Being an old house, I found myself wondering what it used to look like and the families that lived here long ago. I loved the neighborhood and waking up to the birds singing outside. "This property is located in a quite rural area. The beds are very comfortable. It was the first time my parents (ages 80 & 75) staying in a owner rental. They loved it."

"Living area is bigger in person - beautifully decorated place! Nice finishes. Bedroom curtains are awesome for room darkening. Comfy bedding. Kitchen can seat 10 people. Great water pressure in the showers - shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Well lit exterior and lots of parking. Easy access to highway, UGA campus, and downtown. Pellegrino and cookies to welcome you are a nice touch. Hosts are VERY responsive. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Athens!"

"We had a great experience here! Everything was clean and just as pictured. The ceilings are a bit low, so that is something to consider. My boyfriend is 6'3 and had to duck when walking around a bit. Not a huge deal, we loved it overall!"

"We came for the vampire diaries convention, and the host did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed! The location was perfect, we felt super safe. It was only 10 minutes away from the town square. Their space was super cozy, and the outdoor space with the lake and woods was awesome! Their dog might’ve been the best part about staying there, friendliest dog ever. We will miss her very much. If we are ever back in this area we would love to stay here again, 10/10!"

"Due to extreme filth and bug infestation, both dead and alive we were unable to stay on property for duration. It was clear that none of the kitchen utensils were clean or any of the dishes. Dead bugs were in drawers, frig in plates and glasses. An evening trip to restroom exposed numerous roaches running around the kitchen sink and at least one roach on the running across the coffee table. i have contacted the property manager to ask for full refund, but no response yet.
