"Amazing place with enough space for everyone! 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location was perfect and so easy to get to Lucas Oil Stadium and bars/restaurants. We arrived ahead of schedule and they let us check in early! There is even a parking spot in the garage but it is a very tight fit. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was less than ideal but the downstairs bathroom was so much better. All in all for the price, location, and size I would definitely stay here again and...

"Owner was amazing with communication! Also had a small emergency with my sister’s family and she allowed them to stay with my family. There was an odd odor in the downstairs bathroom, hopefully it can be addressed and fixed for the next tenants. Over all the house was comfy and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!"

"A group of guys came to Indianapolis to watch the super cross race and this little place was perfectly located for us. Plenty of places to eat close by, and close to Lucas Oil Stadium which was a plus for us. "

"It was not as the description explained. Neighbors were noisy and smoking excessive amounts of marijuana on the front porch porches surrounding the property. The blinds were broken. It was dirty. The front entry was dirty. The linen was basically used rags. we did not stay."
