Located in the centre of Bognor Regis, close to seafront & amenities with a 5 min walk to the train station. The house is a comfortable & lovely environment to stay. Beautiful garden, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 downstairs WC, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, lounge, dining area and pool table. A wonderful home that has a great atmosphere. In a quiet location but minutes walk from lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs, Butlins & the train station with connections to London

Kitchen includes a double range oven and dishwasher, built-in cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, sink, fridge & freezer

The garage is used as a laundry room with washing machine, airer and sink

There is a pool table in the garage which can be used for table tennis

Cot in the largest bedroom

The lounge has two large sofas, TV and electric fireplace (not real fire)

The dining area and conservatory each lead to a large enclosed back garden
