"A great hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Check-in was easy and quick. A great location being close to the town centre, bus station, Hovercraft terminal and Pier for Catermaran boat services to Portsmouth. It would have been nice if the check in time could have been a little earlier, as 4pm is quite a late time to start check in otherwise everything else was excellent. The breakfast was nice as it was included in the price of the room and you had the choice of a full English breakfast."

"The hotel was very central the the shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you."

"Located very close to the beach. Room is comfortable. Car park is a bit small and the road leading to the hotel is a bit narrow due to cars parked in the road. The small snooker table has been moved since our last visit making it difficult to get your cue past the walls in places. We love the atmosphere of this place. The food is really nice. Happy to return again. "

"Very friendly staff, nice, clean room, good breakfast and a good Thai restaurant. We biked from London and we were allowed to keep our bikes safe in our rooms. The lift was large too which helped. Right on the front in lovely Hove."
