Lovely one bedroom studio accommodation which is an annexe to Old Sefter School. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach and nature reserve with several pubs and takeaway options.
The Studio comprises of 1 bedroom with a king size bed, en suite shower room and a living/dining room with TV plus its own kitchenette. It is a short drive to the beautiful & historic walled city of Chichester. Please note this accommodation is available for up to 2 adult guests only - sorry we do not allow children or pets.

Great location

This property is nicely located for all the tourist sites around Bognor and Portsmouth. It's a nicely private and quiet location where it was easy to relax between our excursions.

Great place to stay

We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend

A short break away

A great place to stay for 2 adults, very very clean, nice surprise eggs in the fridge, everything you need a small outside patio with table and chairs, very private, Great location you do have to drive everywhere as the house is on a busy road but only a short drive park up then walk to so many locations. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience

We choose this location because it was close to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Carol and her family were so friendly and helpful, since it was our first time to the UK. If I ever have the chance to go back we will definitely be staying at this property again.

Beautiful and spotless

This accommodation had everything we needed and more. The cleanliness was beyond excellent. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.. We would definitely return if we get the chance. The hosts made us so welcome and all the comforts we needed were there plus lots of little extras.

Coast and RSPB reserve close by

Very comfortable and clean and spacious (for a single holimaker - not often the case). Good to be close to owners' home thou careful layout of the properties allowed for privacy. I had just moved house, so lots of relaxing time there and gentle walks just a short car ride away, were just as I hoped. RSPB Pagham being so local was a special treat.

A real home from home

Carole and Tim have thought of everything you may need for this real home from home stay- the best bit being the super fluffy towels !the welcome back was a lovely surprise and very welcome after our journey . The bed , despite me thinking it was hard at first , proved to be so comfortable that we had the best sleep in ages . The studio is ideally placed for visiting so many different areas - thank you Carole and Tim , we will be back for another relaxing break !

Paradise in Pagham

My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. We highly recommend this property and would give it ten stars if it was possible! Thank you Carole and Tim for a wonderful stay!

Clean and modern kitchen. Comfortable bed. Lovely double shower. Cute private patio area. Friendly owner there if you need them. Proper shampoo etc provided not silly little bottles. Suggested improvements - a hook for outdoor jackets / dressing gown maybe on one of the bedrooom / bathroom doors. Pagham (pebble) beach nice and quiet. Good location on main road but not noisy.

Lovely Studio Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this studio annex. There is plenty of off road parking. The property has its own entrance with a small outside seating area. The property has everything you need with a lovely kitchen, living area and a comfortable bedroom with a beautiful bathroom. It's very private and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The communication with Carole and Tim was excellent and they left us some lovely snacks and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge! We would thoroughly recommend staying in this comfortable, well appointed studio and we will definitely rebook when we are next in the area.

Well, where do I start. This property is 5*. Spotlessly clean, very modern and everything you need plus more ... The thoughtful gestures put into it goes a long long way. From Prosecco chilling in the fridge to freshly laid eggs from their own chickens. Carole was a fantastic host, very friendly and meticulous in all she does. Will definitely be staying again. A tranquil home

A beautiful, modern furnished studio flat. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Very nice bathroom with large double shower. French windows on to a very private patio area. Carole and Tim are perfect hosts. Always ready to help but never intrusive. Some lovely goodies on arrival - their own hens eggs, biscuits, bottle of wine and more. Made me feel very welcome. It was a very peaceful warm and comfy stay despite the dreadful weather! Very short drive to Pagham Beach, Bognor Regis, Chichester, and not far to Portsmouth Dockyard attractions. Thank you Carole and Tim!
