Complimentary breakfast was the highlight for me, it was great! Besides that everything about my room was good. Comfy bed, WiFi worked well. Only suggestion is to put some art on the walls.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The service staff kept the breakfast area very clean. The room was very big. I had a king size bed. Shower pressure and temperature was good. One negative was there was a noise outside of my room that sound as if was an air conditioner or something. I was on the 5th floor in the second tower.

The area was good reception personnel were ver professional and friendly. They went out of their way to help you. I accidentally left my purse in the lobby and immediately they noticed I left it and right away they took it to me I was so greatful because I had my passports and money and credit cards. The food in the restaurant was a but slow coming out but the food tasted superb. The waiters/ waitress were very nice and attentive. Luis was super. We would go back there again. We had a very pleasant experience there.

Never Staying Again

The check i8nn was horrible. I arrived at 2Pm and although they had rooms, they made me wait until 3:10PM to check me in. The reception people had an attitude. And then Friday night a nearby bar started playing music very loudly.

Attentive and respectful Staff. Excellent location Parque 93 with restaurants and convenience stores within the area. Supposedly a more secure location than other parts of Bogota. Hotel room was basic. No lamp at the desk for example. Poorly placed toilet seat cover where bathroom counter keeps the toilet cover from fully opening. Good water pressure and hot/cold ok. I didnt get to check the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has been chilly. Now, im disappointed with the breakfast. There was no hot meat option for the 2 out of 3 days i was there. Very basic breakfast. Not tasty at all. And i booked this hotel because of photos and reviews about the breakfasts. All in all, good value for the price and the location.

Well-located hotel, with positive aspects and others that could be improved. Highlights: the staff (very professional attitude), quality of breakfast, restaurant service, room size, and cleanliness. Cons: no coffee in the room (ironic for a coffee-producing country), no food service after 10 PM...if you arrive on a late flight, there is no chance of getting food—the restaurant's closing time is unfortunate.
