They asked me to pay again saying that they do not have business with Expedia after I already payed through Expedia. I had to move to a different hotel and nobody refunded what I already payed to them.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA Y QUIERO MI DINERO

Llegamos a media noche y nunca se nos permitió entrar a la habitación, después de esperar más de una hora en recepción nos dijeron que no estaba pagado ( a pesar de mostrarle el número de itinerario y el pago en plataforma ) En fin, NUNCA ME QUEDARÍA CON ELLOS Imagínate llegar con mi esposa e hijos de 5 años y 15 a media noche y que todavía te corran del hotel que pagaste y tuve que rentar otro hotel esa misma noche para poder descansar ( de hecho no pude reservar de 12 a 13 de agosto pero reservé de 13-14 y al explicar mi situación el otro hotel comprendió y me dio oportunidad de quedarme la noche del 12 al 13 ya que el 13 en la noche tomaba mi vuelo a México )
