Nice hotel, very chic and well maintained. The location was perfect, nice surroundings, near Carrera 7 and many shops and restaurants. Room is small but very comfortable and it was clean. My room view was a building in construction but that is just timing. Staff were very nice, and breakfast just delicious.

Beautiful property in an upscale and safe area of Bogota with lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Interiors and modern and slick with everything tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet and cooked menu to choose from and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the small size of the the room and no desk or working area if staying for business. There was a lobby working area downstairs but on three of the four days I stayed there it was booked out for an event/presentation. I had to work in the dining area or outdoor terrace which was noisy and distracting.

Exceptional hotel with amazingly attentive staff both at front desk and at restaurant. They have delicious food at restaurant including breakfast. The suite with heated pool is truly exceptional. Definitely, I will stay here again and again.

Excellent breakfast. One complaint is that we always had to ask for coffee pods (they never restocked them). We would’ve liked more than 2 and were willing to pay but they said that wasn’t allowed. Also, we would’ve liked more bottled water (even if there was a charge).

Amazing stay! Excellent service, especially David the waiter — super attentive and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable, the location is perfect, and the restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!
