You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: COP 10000 per person, per night (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• Administrative fee: COP 50000 per person, per night
• Bed sheets fee: COP 10000 per person, per night
• You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately COP 15000–25000 for adults, and COP 15000–25000 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: COP 20000.00 per vehicle (roundtrip)
• Pet deposit: COP 10000 per day
• Pet fee: COP 50000 per pet, per day (maximum COP 50000 per stay) plus COP 10000 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
