The ladies that work in the front are wonderful people. Their staff is very professional and there is always hot coffee and cold water there when you arrive home for the day. The area has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is reliable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The live vines in the atrium are beautiful and fitting for Picasso. The people make this place great!

It says it's a hotel it's not it's a motel people come and go all night banging doors .

Shower water perfect, bed comfortable, towels perfect. Noisy outside and inside. I stayed 4th floor and sounded like cleaning was done at 1 am yelling. Shower drainage clogged. No shampoo/cream.
