Service is terrible they do nkt really answer to messages via WhatsApp or any communication services so you better have no problems. This is a huge apartment building although surprisingly quiet unless you’re in the lobby l. The room was basic but very well equipped with kitchen and its amenities, wifi worked well

Great location and comfortable apartment

These apartments are in a very convenient, central location within a secure, multi-use building. At nightime it was very quiet. The apartment was stylishly presented and nicely furnished including a comfortable bed with clean linens. Although the kitchenette was well equipped in terms of utensils, it would have been nice to have amenities such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil, as these are not practical items for travellers to buy. Worth noting the apartments do not include a hairdryer either. On the whole, excellent value for location and quality of accommodation.

The property was clean and well kept and the front desk/security people were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but there was no way to increase or decrease the room temperature as far as I could determine. The walls seem pretty thin though and any talking or noise in the hall or from a suite across the hall could be heard more than I welcomed. The area immediately around the property seems pretty sketchy but I never had any problems even when I went out alone at night. There is a laundry facility on the premises but one has to provide their own detergent. There provide a small coffee maker but one has to provide their own coffee. There is a small kitchenette, although good enough for making a small breakfast. It's within walking distance of most of the popular tourist places in Bogota and so is not a bad place to stay in Bogota.

This is my first experience with this type of stay. Breakfast was provided for via a ticket you had to pick up only they have no English speaking staff. Never got breakfast. Water was off for a whole day. The bathroom was microscopic. It feels like a work in progress. Not ready just yet. Will be top notch in a year or two when everything is together

Well, I spent 2 nights. 1- bed was horrible. It was like sleeping in a sofa-bed type of mattress, thin. 2- Hot water wasn’t constant… 3- No AC, even tho it was a 18th floor… the only ventilation was if you open the windows (2 small ones) which was okay at night but you can hear all the noise and honking noise all night and morning 4- The toilet was clogged and there was no overnight service to attend the situation. Would I stay there again? No

Já fiquei hospedada em outros hoteis da regiao em Bogotá, mas esse me surpreendeu pelo otimo custo beneficio. As instalações são muito boas, bem equipado e bem localizado. Definitivamente o valor é muito abaixo do que pagariamos em qlq espelunca no Brasil.

Estadia Agradable

Nos gusto mucho la estadia en el hotel. Si gusta puedes preparar tus comidas con tranquilidad ya que tiene todo los elementos necesarios para hacerlo. Habitación completamente limpia con sus sabanas, almohadas, toallas y elementos de aseo personal. Tiene una buena ubicación y no se escucha mucho ruido, recomendado.

La habitación bonita, sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza era adicional, es decir, no pagas no hay limpieza y tienes que andar solicitando toallas limpias. Los huespedes tienen que llevar por aparte papel higienico.

Cuenta con cocina y utensilios, el cuarto es amplio. Esta muy bien ubicado en el área para dar visitas a pie durante el día. Puedes visitar las áreas turísticas de los arededores como museos, la plaza Bolivar, y áreas turísticas. Pero la ubicación por la noche es una zona que no se ve muy segura.

En el apartamento hacía frío. Cuando fui a dejar la maleta, me dijeron que tenía un coste, no era suficiente con que tuviera dos reservas con ellos. En la ventana hay un cartelón de "VENDO" que resta luz para trabajar. También había algunos bichos...
