The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as knowledgeable of the city. They provided great service, food, friendly conversations. Special thanks to the bar and the housekeeping staff, they made our short trip more enjoyable and pleasant. Don’t miss out on the amazing breakfast, one of the best I have seen in any hotel by far. The airport shuttle is top notch, I highly recommend using it and taking advantage of this underrated perk.

Stayed on the executive floor and the breakfast and evening snacks services were very good. The staff were all very helpful and polite and really went out of their way to assist despite my very limited Spanish. Location is also good and the airport shuttle, a real bonus.

Good variety for breakfast, nice clean room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful There is an hourly shuttle bus to the airport for free. The gym is a separate company/building so I didnt try it. Lots of restaurants downstairs but quite from from the main part of town for tourists (La Candelaria) Overall we were extremely happy with the hotel stay
