"It is really only so so. Our room had been refurbished (and I paid extra for that) but the pillows and mattress wasn’t great. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe but without pillow covers so not much use. Service mixed - they don’t have a restaurant open but we’re happy to put something in the fridge for us. But when we wanted some hot water for tea they could not provide that in the afternoon. I would have been happy to pay. There is a coffee machine in the room but that never works for tea. Breakfast was just ok. Lots of choice but quality of product not great. (Awful bread rolls). Good tea at breakfast though. All in all mixed. There are better hotels in Wilhelmshaven at that price point I think. "

"The owner was very helpful and accommodated my late arrival! Good and clean room and shower. The breakfast was excellent and the room bright and airy. Friendly staff. Also great to be able to have a drink with a selection of choices from a fridge. Convenient location close to railway station and town."

"The location of the hotel close to a lake and not far from the South beach is good, 1-1.5 km walk to the museum and not too far into town. Spacious room with good facilities. Could advertise better where to reccycle items such as cans and plastic."
