"No the hot tub was Luke warm at best and no where did it say on the website did it say that both pool and hot tub closes at dusk. I’ve never heard of a hotel pool closing before 10 pm. Also our next door occupant was loud all night with loud music playing we even asked for them to quiet down and they said no we had a soccer tournament that our son was playing in and we were lucky to get any sleep. The next morning on championship day game we were woke up with loud music at 5 am it lasted until 9:30 even though we asked for them to quiet down. Isn’t there quiet hours at hotels now days. I have every intention of going through management to get our money back thank goodness our kid wasn’t affected by the lack of sleep because he’s amazing at soccer. I’m livid at the loud staff that when cleaning rooms were talking on cell phones and being just as loud as guests. Isn’t there a rule to be quiet until later in the day. "This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The towels were dirty, and the floor was in terrible condition. I had to call the staff to come and clean it immediately. The room smelled like a wet dog because pets are allowed, which I didn’t realize at first. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
