"We have had a wonderful holiday in Stella and Rob's beautiful Gite. It's very spacious and well equipped. The garden space is very generous and we had plenty of opportunity for games and relaxing. The Gite is in a rural location but there are two nearby (15/20minutes) towns where you can find everything you need. From a standard supermarket to beautiful bakeries!We found ourselves driving mostly north to the coastal area which is between and hour and an hour and a half away but well worth it.Our young children loved feeding the sheep and our older ones made plenty of use of the table football and tabletennis.Unfortunately the tree house is currently out of commission after sustaining damage during a storm in July 2025. So if that's an element you're particularly interested in I recommend you contact the owners first. Thank you Stella and Rob for such a lovley base for us to have during our first holiday abroad with our 5 children. We have loved it! There's no wifi at the property so we bought some extra mobile data for our two week stay. "

"The villa is in a small community of homes with enough privacy to think you were completely alone. The pool and gardens are beautiful and our children thoroughly enjoyed this aspect, both very well kept.Inside the villa you have two rooms upstairs with a bathroom with bath and a library on the landing overlooking downstairs, all very clean. Downstairs you have another 2 bedrooms (one with a TV and sofa bed) and a further bathroom with shower. Again all very clean and tidy. The living room space and dining area are much bigger than the photos so this was a nice surprise with a large fire in the centre (we didn't use this as we visited at the end of July) the villa also had aircon in the living area. The kitchen came fully equipt with lots of utensils and pots and there is a large fridge, three drawer freezer, dishwasher and microwave to use. The kitchen is quite small so preparing dinner was a little challenging when cooking for seven of us. The only negative is that the kitchen cupboards and the wardrobes in the rooms had a fair bit of clutter so I had to move some things in the kitchen and couldn't really hang anything in the wardrobes, this is such a minor thing though.The host Frédéric was amazing from start to finish, answered emails quickly, answered lots of my questions and gave us lots of details for check in. You won't be disappointed if you stay here."
