2 of party were disabled. We asked for ground floor rooms. This was confirmed by email that we had them. On arrival we were put on first floor no lift causing great pain to the 2 of us. Ruined our little break

meme si le site est agréable, le confort des chambres est limite. Pas de place oû poser la valise, la télévision ne fonctionne pas correctement, peu d'espace pour passer vers les lits. En ce qui concerne les petits déjeuners, seulement du jus d'orange, et surtout un seul mini croissant par personne...... pour 12 €; je trouve trop cher pour ce qu'il y avait.

Assez decue dans l'ensemble, chambre passable, mal isolée. Le lendemain a 9h la femme de menage est entree sans frapper. Repas du soir : menu unique, a aucun moment on le sait quand on réserve. Sinon bon emplacement avec tres belle vue. Convient pour 1 nuit.

Petits coin super agréable. Bien équipé. C'est propre c'est calme on y mange bien des plats cuisinier sur place. Tout est prévu pour les enfants en bas âge. Les hôteliers sont agréables et arrangeant. Facile accès et facile pour le stationnement. Rien à redire

Séjour pour le travail

Grand Hôtel dans son jus. Wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien donc compliqué pour travailler depuis la chambre. L’hôtel peut être un peu bruyant. Le restaurant sert un plat unique le soir, entrée plat, fromage et dessert, bien servi et bon. Le personnel est très sympathique et très agréable.

Très agréable séjour dans un site très champêtre avec un personnel très sympathique. Dommage que le sauna était indisponible. Beaucoup de balades à faire dans le secteur entre combes forêts et lacs .

Séjour agréable avec du personnel au top. La chambre aurait besoin d'un petit coup de rafraichissement ainsi que certaines parties de l'hôtel et surtout besoin d'un pare-douche... sinon nous avons apprécié que notre chien soit accepté. Nous reviendrons certainement une autre fois pour un séjour plus long.

Très décevant

Venus pour randonner aux Rousses et profiter le soir de la piscine, du sauna et du Hammam de l'établissement, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'apprendre en arrivant à l'hôtel que toutes ces installations étaient indisponibles sans réduction du tarif bien entendu. La personne à l'accueil s'est contentée de dire que nous pourrions profiter de notre baignoire ! (Baignoire minuscule avec flexible de douche qui fuit façon geyser et que nous avons dû réparer pour pouvoir nous doucher). Point positif cependant : calme absolu et petit déjeuner correct et copieux.

We stayed for just one night on our way back home. The room was small and outdated but clean. Missing airconditioning is a big minus in summer. The location in the Jura mountains is beautiful. Staff are friendly and service oriented. Overall adequate.

2éme séjour dans cet hôtel. Séjour appréciable dans les périodes de canicule (nuits fraiches). Très bon rapport prix-prestations. Personnel aimable et efficace, propriétaires au petits soins, chambres familiale très pratique, propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie, petits déjeuners supers et diners possibles sur place.
