"Staff and the place were great "

"Cet hôtel est très bel hôtel, la déco de la chambre est soignée et moderne. Le personnel est très sympa et souriant, ils nous demandent si tout va bien et tout le monde dit bonjour. Le petit déjeuner tout est fait maison gâteaux, jus de fruits frais (passion mon préféré), yaourt, fromage blanc et bien d'autres choses. Le pain super bon !! "

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English...
