The hotel is in a good location for downtown Boise, within walking distance to several shops. When booking the room, the was no mention that the parking The parking garage is $25 per night, it is overpriced, at that price the monthly cost $750. This is compared to the garage downtown boise unreserved monthly access from $135 to $195, with higher-tier options like the $340/month "Platinum" card giving unlimited access across any garage.

The breakfast was phenomenal, best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!! The staff was very helpful. We was in town for a Scentsy convention and they let us keep our luggage behind the desk during our last session before we flew out. I was very surprised how big our room was… and it had a dishwasher!? 10000/10 rating for me, I am very spoiled now that I’ve stayed here.

This is a super location tight in the center of town. The breakfast was great and there is always coffee and hot water out along with apples! I do water aerobics at home and was able to go early every morning and keep up my routine. Staff was super friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend booking your stay there.

We used to stay here but then found a new hotel that we liked better. We ended up booking here again this past weekend because our favorite was sold out. We had two rooms and neither party was happy. Complaints were that the elevators take FOREVER- I think we waited close to 5 minutes one of the times. The beds were not comfy at all (sagged in the middle) and the linens felt like rough towels. The breakfast was hardly edible and then of course you have to pay $20 extra for parking- not to mention the EV charging is some of the most expensive we've encountered. The vent fan in our bathroom was inoperable which was another bummer. The best thing about this hotel is the location downtown. As a last resort we might stay here but I doubt it.

Great location to access the Steelhead Games and the convention center. All walkableand safe. Loved the parking where you could have direct (with key card) access to your room floor. Made it so easy!!! We always have stayed at a nearby hotel with crazy underground parking (horrible for trucks) and this place cost less but is worth twice the money as that place! Bigger rooms, better parking, breakfast included, always coffee available etc.

We had a very nice room overlooking some city streets. The room was clean and well situated, and very spacious. The room also had a large bathroom and shower. Our kitchenette had a full size refrigerator, plus a microwave, sink, dishwasher, as well as dinnerware. We used the refrigerator but it was nice to have all the extras, in case we needed them. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great, and the staff made sure we weren't missing anything, via a text message about an hour or so after check-in.
