"The staff at the hotel were so kind from giving my kids little trinkets at breakfast to saying hi every time we walked by, the pool is perfect for little kids (no hot tub though), the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. "

"Hotel perfect location in downtown, close to shops and dining. Very walkable location, several nice parks close. Basque neighborhood 5 blocks away. One temporary issue, current building construction accross the street. Can be noisy early in the a.m. (6ish)"

"Staff members all so very kind and helpful. Loved the various restaurants so close: either in hotel or in walking distance. Loved the various live music venues. Included breakfast delicious with best coffee ever served at a hotel."

"Excellent service; everything was nice and clean. The only downside is that they assigned us a handicap room. I don't mind, but I believe those rooms should be reserved for individuals who truly need them."
