The house couldn’t be more perfect to stay at with kids. The garage had activities for them and the park was just a short walk.
It was close to restaurants and shopping too. We’d stay here again.
The house is a duplex which I was not expecting, but it was absolutely private and soundproof. Everything we needed, with a nice garage for stowing things and additional social area. Nice area for walking around, and good for walking pets.
Enjoyed our two nights at this house. Our grandkids loved the game area. Ping Pong and the basketball game were a hit!
Enjoyed the pool that was available - just a short walk from the property.
Nice big open kitchen, living and dining area!
The beds were very comfortable and with 3 adults and 3 teenagers - having 2 1/2 baths was a blessing! We will definitely stay here again 👍
Great location. Games in garage kept all of us entertained. Very nice back patio with seating
The queen bedroom didn’t have sleeping pillows or a top sheet- otherwise really good
We’ll try and book it again
The house was very clean and well stocked. However the master bedroom bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds possible to where we had to sleep on the couches instead. Also the neighbors smoke in the house and it seeps through the wall in one of the smaller bedrooms.
My family was here for BSU commencement and the listing was just as described. It was actually roomier than anticipated but it had cozy decor. Was a plus that we could bring our furry family member as well! We enjoyed the fireplace on this cold and wet weekend. The host went above and beyond-and even went out of his way to make sure we had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He even brought us some new darts to try out! He was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to messaging. Would consider staying here again when we are down that way-much easier to navigate around Meridian than driving around downtown Boise!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Poor communication
The bad- This is a duplex - not a home. This is not stated in the property listing so we were quite surprised to find this out when we arrived. It says pets are welcome but there is only a small patio and flower bed (flower bed is full of weeds). I tried multiple times to connect with the property manager and he doesn’t respond through the vrbo app or his cell phone. I finally had to call VRBO to reach him just to gain access to the property and they tracked him down and connected us. There were no checkout instructions and he never responded after I contacted him twice to learn what we needed to do before we left. . Never used the pool bc the property manager never responded to my question as to where it was. It was hot and my granddaughters would have loved using it😩
The great- The home itself is very nice, very clean, very well furnished/decorated and stocked with everything you could imagine. Felt like home. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and the garage had several “toys” for kids and adults. Lots of games inside as well. Great location, quiet and nice neighborhood. Great Wi-Fi, nice to have a washer/dryer, smart tvs…
Bottom line is that I would stay here again if I could be assured better communication with the property manager.
Property in great neighborhood, lots of family fun , although not homey feeling

The property was pet friendly. My 12 lb dog had an anxiety attack for the first time ever and destroyed a set of blinds. I sent a picture and explained what happened and the host explained that was why there was a deposit. He appreciated the upfront communication, and i enjoyed not being yelled at.
Nice neighborhood. Couldn’t find the key for pool access but we didn’t need it. Backyard needs some attention- weeding and clean up of the patio, not a big deal. Temperature was perfect- cool at night for sleeping.
This is a cute property with a private yard for the dogs. They forgot to leave the pool key so our grandkids were disappointed but we went to the water park, which is nearby. There are several parks nearby as well
This was our 3rd time staying here-the first stay was great. It wasn’t quite a good the second time but we thought it was just a one off. This time, the door pad was dead so had to use the garage, multiple burned out light bulbs, wadded up blankets and sheets on the floor in two closets. Limited towels. We won’t be back
This house is perfect for families. Having a high chair and a pack-in-play was awesome for my granddaughter. I only wish there was a baby gate for the stairs, but we improvised and made it work. The first night we were so uncomfortable on the king bed. It squeaked, it sagged and was terrible. We called Braidyn (sorry if I spelt that wrong) and he came out and immediately fixed it. After that, we had awesome nights of sleep. Neighborhood was clean and a nice place to take walks. The game room was the biggest bonus! I definitely recommend this house.
Overall, our stay was pretty good. The Pros: The duplex was clean and matched the listing pictures. The location was nice, just down the road from grocery stores and many restaurants. The pool is very close and clean without being too packed. The host was responsive when we ran into issues and got them taken care of quickly. The Cons:Prior to arrival, I had to reach out for check in instructions which included just the code to get into the home. There weren’t any additional instructions or information provided such as where to find the pool (there are two pools within walking distance. One for the property, and one for an apartment complex - FYI), check out instructions, etc. like we’ve received with all other VRBO rentals. Upon arrival, it was 86 in the house. We tried to get the AC to work but it was dead. I reached out to the host and he called immediately. The unit had been having issues. Miraculously, he got the unit replaced the next day - we are very thankful. The house, unfortunately, was under stocked on many items. There were no paper towels, napkins, one garbage bag, no sponges or wash clothes for washing dishes. There was no propane for the BBQ either. The neighbors were VERY loud at times and seemed to be banging on the walls intentionally. They also left a rude note on our door one of the days. They clearly don’t like that the unit is a VRBO. Overall, we had a pretty good stay and appreciate the quick response with the AC issue.
