The first room we had was kinda gross...stains all over the carpet and paint worn off around the bathroom door. At our request, they moved us to another room for the rest of our stay. Much better... Housekeeping never asked if we needed anything. We had to take our garbage to the cleaning supply room and also had to request towels. The main reason we booked there was a pool for our grandkids to come and play in. Found out that the pool was closed indefinitely but their website states there is an indoor heated pool. That needs to be updated on the website...false advertisement! We won't be staying there again. I would only give them 2 stars but its the holidays.
