"Dear Red Lion Hotel Management, I am writing to formally document a recent stay at your hotel that was, unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had. While my initial impression of the property was positive, the quality of our stay deteriorated immediately after check-in. We were assigned a room on the second floor, where I first noticed that the hallway carpet was held together with tape. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned; the area under the bed was particularly filthy and gross. The environment felt unsafe throughout the night due to loud voices and ongoing disturbances. When my daughter and I woke up early the next morning to leave, the hotel was full of police officers. My daughter was terrified by the situation. We were in town for a gymnastics meet, and the lack of sleep combined with feeling unsafe made for a horrible experience for both of us. I am normally not the kind of person to complain, but I felt it was necessary to bring these health and safety concerns to your attention. "The room was more than enough space for 2 adults & 4 kids. We had 2 double beds and the pull out couch. The breakfast was delish with plenty of options for everyone. We didn’t interact too much with Staff, but the little bit we did they were very nice. I don’t feel like there’s enough parking for the size of the hotel but I wasn’t there long enough for it to make a significant difference."

"Front desk staff was amazing. Indoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I was upgraded to a king suite and it was amazing. So spacious with a counter and extra sink and microwave. The front desk employees were great BUT Sean who was in the front lobby area every day was spectacular! He was checking in so kind did whatever we needed, made great suggestions, reminded us of happy hour and helped us with the hockey game. He is your number one employee!!! The location of the hotel is walkable to everything- amazing restaurants, bars, shops, parks and grocery stores for extra snacks if needed."
