  • Welcome to our tranquil haven nestled in the heart of Meridian, Idaho. This single-level, newly renovated home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and outdoor serenity. With three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's an ideal getaway for families or groups seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. And enjoy our newly installed hot tub! The backyard offers a landscaped patio and kids' playhouse, and guests can also use the home gym for staying active.
    Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

The house, yard, and neighborhood were excellent and located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! We liked the spacious layout of the house and the pleasant fenced backyard. Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the garage from outside, which didn't cause too great a difficulty since we parked outside. A greater challenge was the lack of fry pans and limited silverware and flatware. All in all, we quite enjoyed our stay!

Nice place for our family gathering.

The backyard oasis met our families needs. A great location, close to a beautiful park. It was too chilly to really enjoy the back yard but would be great in warmer weather. The location was perfect.

House was good and the hot tub was nice. Wasn’t a fan of the back patio concrete being in multiple pieces instead of one solid slab of concrete as my kids kept hurting their feet misstepping between the slabs.

We loved our stay!! The property was clean. And had all the amenities of home!! Our grandkids loves the swing out back! The hosts are amazing! They are quick to respond with any questions we had and with little reminders.We will be back!!

“Stunning “ is a false statement! Backyard has health & injury risks. wood boards open on side yard with 3” nails protruding. Swing set wobbles back & forth while swinging almost hitting the shed, not cemented into ground ,funky homemade build.Dog poo and cat poo all over the yard attracting flies, management has no one checking. Cat lives behind small backyard which comes over and poos under all the bark in the yard. I had to clean all poo so my dog would not step in it or eat it! Playhouse not closed so cat and animals can come in , it was filthy inside. Interior of house all but one blind worked properly. Took 2 days to get a response for items needed which was WiFi & password , no wine / beer opener. Kitchen needs silverware, a few silverware maybe 3 forks a few spoons etc. No one keeping inventory. Bathrooms did not have soap I requested, but never received. Living room throw rug should be thrown out stained and not cleaned. Couch is so stained it’s not attractive to sit on. Garage gym is homemade with raw 2x4’s holding up the bench press ,one board lose and hanging down ( unsafe) weights strewn everywhere, no ventilation, trash cans & construction items within the area, basically an eye sore. You will be managing the property. This is the worst in 20 years we have experienced. The only positive thing we can say is thank you to the housekeeper because the rooms in the house were very clean. never received.
