"Le charme du lieu, la climatisation en ces fortes chaleurs, la piscine et la gentillesse de Mireille ont fait la réussite de notre séjour.La mezzanine est spacieuse mais un peu chaude, le clic clac du salon peut être un bon plan B pour cela et pour les tous petits.Le jardin de la maison permet de l'intimité et de la fraîcheur grâce à la piscine.À 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Laroque qui est un joli petit village cévenol.Grâce à Mireille nous n'avons manqué de rien.Merci pour ce super séjour dans notre petite maison de bois au calme !"

"This hotel is amazing! It's a historic property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. We were able to park across the street in the public parking pretty easily. Our room was wonderful. The property was quiet for being right there in town and the beds were reasonable. The only thing odd that happened while we were staying there is one day after we'd been out touring we got back to the room to find the door propped wide open. There was no one there. It was late in the evening so it was really odd to find it that way. It's not like cleaning staff were there tidying up the room. We went down to the front desk to inquire about the door being propped open, but the front desk staff person just said she didn't do it and didn't offer any explanation. She also didn't look into it to find out why it had been like that. Luckily, everything seemed in order - none of our things had been taken or moved or tampered with. We're guessing that maybe the cleaning staff had it propped early in the day to clean it and just forgot and moved on?! Still, it would have been nice for the staff to investigate and come back to us with an answer as to what was going on there."

"Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der schönen, authentischen Unterkunft. Den großen, herrlich angelegten Garten sowie den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Maryvonne und Gérard waren ausgesprochen sympathisch und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und es gibt viele pittoreske Orte zu besuchen. Gerne wieder!"

"My family stayed here for one night and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel and rooms are freshly refurbished, the air conditioning, wifi, and elevator worked well. There is still a minor aroma of paint smell on the first floor, hence we suggest booking a room on the second floor. Overall, it was a great experience."

"I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They arranged for me to have a cab back to Nimes. The breakfast was lovely! The bread was even warm. Bed was comfortable and the property was really pretty. The couple that appears to run the hotel were really wonderful. Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us and were very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING! AC really helped make the warmer temps more comfortable. Highly recommend."
