"Overall, it's a good hotel in a great location. The room itself is very good for a short stay in Paris. That said, when we checked in, our room had empty bottles of shower gel and shampoo. We had to ask reception, and they only provided small sample bottles. The next morning, I witnessed another guest asking for the exact same thing. Please ensure basic toiletries are restocked before guests arrive without them having to ask: this is a fundamental hospitality expectation."

"Everything was adequate, just not spectacular. The staff were efficient and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was a little on the small side. There were a couple of chairs to sit on, but no comfortable seating to lounge on, just the bed. The breakfast was very good, if a little overpriced, but I suspect that's how it is at most Parisian Hotels. We didn't realize until we got there that they didn't offer daily room cleaning, as they are a 'residence.' We were there for 6 days and had our room cleaned once between days 3 and 4."
