Great restaurant 5 minute walk up the road called Ranch and a little grocery store just beyond it. I would recommend a cab from the ferry if you have big luggage as it is up a hill from town. Easy walk through a shaded path down to the Golden horn famous beach. "We unfortunately only stayed here one night and wish we had planned for a longer stay. This Villa is just beautiful. We traveled with our two small children, ages 3 and 22 months. It was nice to have the kitchen for doing breakfast in our apartment, though we did not cook dinner. We enjoyed having the bedroom with the terrace and two pull out sofas. "Villa Mediterranea is well positioned in Bol - midway between town and main beach. Rooms and beds are comfortable with efficient air-condioning. Staff pleasant and helpful. Pool area is pleasant but small but the local beach is fine and a few mins away. Sunbeds 20 euros per day each. Bol itself is a lovely unspoilt town."

"We spent one night in Bol and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Jiraj. We were the last guests of the season before they closed down, and the hosts were great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal for walking down to the shops and beach. Also, there is a restaurant under the hotel that is outstanding. The wood-fired pizzas are excellent!"

"We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. There was a pool and free buffet breakfast which added to the comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is also a short distance to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and ferries and a nice walk around to the beach."
