"Most of all be aware that there is no elevator and you must carry luggage up about 3 flights of narrow stairs. (Or ask for help!) Front desk not manned overnight. A few things on the listing were not accurate (breakfast situation, hair products available). The people working the desk were nice and helpful. And the sound insulation from outside was good, but between rooms I could hear other guests talking at normal levels (and later snoring) through the walls. "

"The location of the hotel is spot on. The staffs are super accommodating and helpful. We stayed for a day only though we were booked for two days. If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. The bed was very comfortable, I especially liked the two pillows per person, one was more fluffy than the other, therefore they fit most preferences.
