Very quiet and clean hotel, very friendly staff. Equipment rather limited and breakfast quite good (both in quantity and quality), overall a good stay.
The rooms were nice and cozy. It was nice having breakfast included in our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a fantastic stay if you’re here for a pottery shopping trip. There’s a parking lot for hotel guests. I’d stay here again!
We particulary liked the warm and friendly welcome. Always appreciated when you're in another country for the first time. The room was all that we could have wished after a long day on the road. The breakfast was superb both in options and presentation. It was apparent from our farewell that the operators enjoyed having us stay with them. Smiles go a long way!! Highly recommend this guesthouse!
Staff was super friendly. Spoke wonderful English. Honey beer and perogies were perfect after full day of shopping! Would book again, recommend deluxe room with fireplace!
The hotel is only 300m or so distance to the Boleslawiec factory which is famous for it's classical and contemporary pottery. The city centre of Boleslawiec is only 1km, a 20mins walk from the hotel. The water and the homemade wine on display in the bedroom on arrival was a nice touch. But, the double bed mattress in the room was so hard that we had a very bad nights sleep. The shower and toilet are dated and could do with modernisation. The breakfast was a running buffet which was average at best. Coffee has to be ordered from the waitress, but was served in a cold cup and was lukewarm on arrival. Also, the coffee was far too milky for my taste. A self-service coffee maker in the breakfast lounge would of been a far better idea. On departure we asked the receptionist if we could leave our car in the car park until the early afternoon, as we wished to explore the city centre before our return home, But, the request was flatly refused and we were forced to move the car and park it on the street, very poor service. Overall I found the hotel to be picky and overpriced, not recommended.
