"It is a very quaint home. Stairs are very narrow and steep for anyone with difficulty. Place was very quiet, bed comfy. Bathroom very spacious and updated. We were only there one night but would stay again. "

"This was a great house to stay in for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone (three floors!) and the house was nicely remodeled. The house is conveniently located near a stop for the train and near several good restaurants (make sure to eat at Bongo Cafe). In addition, the owner was very accommodating for my request of an early check in and responded quickly to my messages. I highly recommend staying here!"

"I normally stay in hotels, but for this trip I couldn't find one that worked well in this neighborhood, so I "took a chance" on Chicago Guest House. Winner! This place is on a wonderful residential block in the Wrigley Field area. The unit itself (3rd floor) is a beautifully maintained, charming, three bedroom apartment. The rooms are separated by a good distance, so everyone has some privacy. The living room is bright and features a large TV (for that inevitable down time). The kitchen...

"Property was beautiful and well kept. Room was comfortable and felt like home. The pool was disappointing and much smaller than it appears. Communication during check in and valets could be better. "

"It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise.
