"If you are going to the Chicago Blues Festival or downtown, the Hi Chicago is a must stay. I was able to get great sleep on the twin size bed. I will not stay anywhere else while in Chicago. Perfect for me. Cheers "

"I love sonder and loved this location! Only downside is that it is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone on their support side. Hotels.com attempted to help me as much as they could but likely ran into similar issues. They really push communication through their app but since I was having some issues with my Apple ID I wasn’t able to download and use the help which made it impossible for me to get in touch with them. I wanted to stay another night but ended up booking elsewhere...
