Excellent clean rooms right at the heart of the old city! This place is literally right next to the Two Towers. Everything you want to see at the city is within the walking distance, and you can also walk 5 min to get to the bus stop to get tickets to San Luca Express! Really enjoyed staying here, and I will surely book again if I were to return to Bologna. Thank you!

Very nice room and extremely well located. View of the leaning towers from the room was definitely a plus. Air conditioning was reliable and the room also featured an automatic window. Highly recommend for those looking for a well priced accommodation close to all things Bologna!

I never write a bad review but do feel mislead about the value of my booking. It is a contactless guesthouse with access to offsite reception from 3-7:30. We had trouble with the check in process as only one of our two rooms was linked to the booking so we couldn’t upload all information which meant that we couldn’t access our rooms. This was handled for us quickly and helpfully but only once we could reach a human to help us. We booked two rooms and, due to our timing, paid a premium for both(my fault). One of our rooms was a standard double, perhaps not 4 star but clean and neat and looking out at the top half of the towers. The second room was tucked away in an attic-dark, low ceilings, looking out at dirty rooftops and nothing like any of the photos advertising their rooms. We were disappointed at our value here. The rooms are incredibly well located, an easy walk to everything. The staff, once we could communicate was very helpful and quickly resolved our issue and we greatly appreciated this help. I guess that my recommendation would be to be very clear about what you are reserving.

Pros: - The location was excellent and very convenient. - The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist. Cons: - The walls were extremely thin\. We could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room talking, showering, and even flushing the toilet. This was especially disruptive when guests returned to their room at 3:30 a\.m\., making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. - The toilet seat was not properly fitted to the toilet, which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. - There was no toilet paper holder, so the toilet paper had to be placed on the bidet\. This also felt very unhygienic and is something the hotel should address for future guests. - The bedsheet was stained which seems like from stepping on it. They offered to change but I had to sleep on it as the reception works only limited hours. - The ‘reception’ which is by an online service only works from 3pm to 7pm. Although they responded to my whatsapp text about the cleanness problems around 10am so it seems like they can be available if it is an emergency kind of thing.

Very convenient but very basic / value for money

The place is nice, very good for the price. Cozy bed, good bathroom size, big wardrobe however, the wifi signal was bad (both of them) and the elevator wasn't working so is a situation to ask before booking if you're planning to use it or depend of it. If not, is not a problem at all.

It was more like a hostel, but was clean. It was hard to figure out how to get there and using the shower was kind of complicated. I had to ask for a cot, even though I asked them for double beds before I got there. Decent nights sleep.

I cannot say enough about this company's staff....they go beyond what one would expect. Even though our Google maps showed us in the right spot, we could not find the hotel. I place several calls to the company, and each onr was met with utmost courtesy. They even sent a young woman over to meet us and get us checked in.

The low rating is not really about the lift being broken. It was no fun carrying luggage to the third floor though. The real concern is the staff being unavailable and difficult. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon. Otherwise they are unavailable. No one on site, but also no one reachable by phone except for a small window in the afternoon. We had to call for the code for the room - they only provided the code to enter the property. They did not provide the WI-FI password, so we were stuck with the slow, spotty local one. The positive side is the location, right in the midst of great food and shopping options, and historical center.

Flott og enkelt rom meget sentralt i Bologna. Gå-avstand til det meste. Litt vanskelig å finne inngangen via google maps. Rommet var helt greit. Rent og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale (over WhatsApp. Ikke bemannet resepsjon). Heis. Ganske lytt mellom rommene, men dette var ikke problematisk. God, fungerende ac på rommet.
