Beautiful apartment recently renovated, in one of the most elegant streets of the city and a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore.

The house is on the first floor of a building without elevator, located in an elegant context. The entrance opens onto a living area furnished with a dining table and a double sofa bed; this room is then connected to the two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-size bed and one characterized by the presence of a magnificent frescoed ceiling.
This is followed by the bathroom with shower and the independent kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. A small utility room where the washing machine is placed completes the layout.

Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! The central train station is just over 4 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
