This two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with every comfort, just as if you were at home: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, independent heating, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for families, friends or for a romantic getaway to discover one of the most enchanting cities in the world.

*** Cozy and bright apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and the toilet has a shower. Additional services available to guests: WIFI, heating, A / C, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. We are available to guests for any requests and information. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

*** All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. Late check in: - From 21:30 - 23: 00 - Euro 25,00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00 organize your check in in the best possible way, please communicate your arrival time to our Key Holder in advance. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.

It's a really nice basic place near the station which is very convenient. The walk into town is easy and within a mile. We really enjoyed our stay. Would reccomend

Perfect apartment in Bologna

Loved this apartment. Only 3-4 blocks to the train station. Bus into town a block away. Apartment safe, clean and very modern. Comfy bed, large rooms and a washing machine & dryer! Great WiFi. Very nice kitchen. Great family restaurant just around the corner - Jari Restaurant & Pizzaria.
