Recently renovated bright apartment, a few steps from the station and the historic center of Bologna.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a building without elevator, consists of a living area furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a small dining table and TV, overlooking a modern open-plan kitchen, well-equipped and also fitted with an oven, a microwave and a kettle. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious wardrobe with mirror. A full large bathroom with roll-in shower completes the apartment.
At guests' disposal there are also amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

The central train station is only 400 meters away, while the airport is 8,5 km away by car.
