The apartment offers wide spaces and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It is located on the third floor without elevator. It has a self-check-in system that will allow you to manage check-in flexibly and autonomously.

This accommodation is part of a larger apartment consisting of 2 residential units: HouSmart Corte Galluzzi 7/1 and HouSmart Corte Galluzzi 7/2, both visible on the platform and separately bookable for a total of 3 + 4 guests.



The accommodation, quiet and very bright, opens onto a living area with a comfortable and elegant sofa bed for 2 people, a 55'' SMART TV and a practical study corner. The adjoining room with a single bed has a large wardrobe, a mirror and a desk. A small bookcase completes the décor.

There is also a modern and fully equipped eat-in kitchen : fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishes, washing machine and dishwasher. Finally, a bright and very cozy bathroom, where you will also find a fantastic whirlpool tub.

Guests will be provided with towels, sheets and a small personal hygiene kit.

Air conditioning, adjustable heating and free internet access are provided.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
