The 70m2 apartment is located in a period building with a lift. Suitable for two people, it is divided into:

LIVING ROOM. Comfortable corner sofa and dining table, split air conditioning.
KITCHEN. dishwasher, two mokes, kitchen utensils and electric oven.
BATHROOM. Two bathrooms available, one near the kitchen and one located upstairs near the bedroom.
BEDROOM. Double bed and television positioned on the mezzanine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. Free WiFi, washing machine in the laundry room, iron and clothesline.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.
All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. The apartment is located in the oldest and most elegant district of the city. Not only is it in the very center, two steps from Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the beautiful Piazza Santo Stefano and Piazza San Giovanni In Monte, but it is also incredibly peaceful and quiet. Just outside the house there are clubs, restaurants, bars, theaters and the beating heart of this beautiful city.
You can explore the whole city center on foot simply by leaving the house.
