The room was great, clean comfortable and close to the railway station and the plaza. The laundry machine had a smell of mold, didn't want to use it. There is no elevator for heavy luggage, but luckily the apartment was on the first floor.

Lovely light and airy apartment in an old apartment building. Good sized lounge with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Only 15 mins to station and main sights and lots of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Really easy check in and able to leave luggage before our apartment was ready. Apartment felt really secure with 3 locked doors to get through and the reception although offsite (just over the road) was receptive to the broken shower head, fixing it quickly within the day. Only criticism was that the pillows were a bit hard.

Spacious apartment. Well equipped, although I didn’t go to Bologna to cook . The washing machine was a nice and useful plus. The check in office was across the street from the apartment. Easy to find. Effortless check in process.

Lovely apartment. Super central location and easy to get around. The heating did not work but they did give me a portable heater and it was fine. The staff was polite and helpful (not always a given in Italy tbh)

We really enjoyed staying here. The bed/pillows were not the most comfortable, but otherwise the apartment was really nice and very spacious. Great restaurants nearby and very walkable to everything we wanted to do in Bologna. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Enjoyed being in the centre of the old city, everything within walking distance. Appartment was well furnished with sofa, dining table and kitchenette. Most welcome was the washing machine and drying rack, after travelling for a week we had lots to wash!
