"We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano. The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. "Number 21 is a stunning authentic property that doesn't feel like a holiday let but instead someone's home. The gardens and pool are really well looked after and provide plenty of shade from the Italian sun. The vegetable patch which we were allowed to help ourselves to provided some of the tastiest and freshest food I've ever eaten. Tamsin is a wonderful friendly host without being obtrusive. My daughter has already asked when can we return! Thanks for a lovely holiday"

"We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea. Thanks to Claudia for the warm welcome, the many great tips and a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again."

"We had a lovely week in this apartment with a wonderful view. John and Jacky were extremely welcoming and helpful whilst also giving us privacy to enjoy our holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I was a bit nervous of the dogs but they were completely contained away from us and were no trouble at all. Would certainly recommend this apartment."

"This is one of the best places we have rented. The house has two apartments, so if you go as two families you have it all for yourself. "Just come back from our second stay at John and Jacky's lovely apartment. We stayed in the lower apartment this time and although it doesn't have the use of the hot tub we found it better having the shade on the veranda. Once again scrupulously clean and nothing is too much trouble for John and Jacky. Would definitely book again."

"Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"
