"it seemed okay at first check in, but soon noticed internet only worked occasionally, but mostly not at all. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work. "Convenient location for the Autobahn and spend time in different places of the Allgäu, but there is nothing in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking in the Parkhaus, which you can access from inside the hotel."
