"The hotel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the terminal. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and helped me a lot as mother travelling alone with a baby. The breakfast was tasty. I would happily stay again."

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
