The apartment consists of a combined living and dining area in the 1st. Upstairs of the house. A modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Microwave, oven and ceramic hob are just as much as fridge, toaster, coffee maker, rich crockery and cutlery. In the comfortable living area, a pull-out sofa bed and an armchair provide relaxation. The clean bathroom with daylight window consists of modern shower cabin (entrance height 27cm), vanity and toilet. Garden furniture on the southeast-facing balcony invites to long summer evenings in the fresh Baltic air. In the second level, in the attic, accessible by a wooden staircase from the hallway, the sloping ceilings provide comfort. Here you can sleep in the open sleeping gallery in holiday dreams. A large double bed (200x200cm, separate mattresses) and a chest of drawers are available. For our younger guests is a travel cot for free use in the apartment, which can be found in the living room as well as in the sleeping gallery. Specials Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Highchair or bread service can be booked on request. There is a free parking lot at the house. The Boltenhagen Shopping Center can be reached on foot in five minutes. There are two supermarkets and a beverage market and various clothing stores. The spa and the city center are also within easy walking distance. Enjoy in the winter months through the foliage-free trees the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea!Bicycles At the house is a flat-own, lockable shed. Here wheels & Co. can be safely accommodated. With the two bicycles provided free of charge you can explore your holiday area. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement bicycles can take over, if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes and the wagon are offered as a bonus and if something breaks down, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement.
