The kitchenette and the dining table for 2 persons are integrated in the living area. It is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg cooker. The living area leads to the beautiful large, seasonal, furnished west-facing balcony.  The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, vanity and Handtuchtuchtrockner. An underground parking space is at your disposal. In the basement you will also find a lockable storage room for your bikes you can use.

Gut ausgestattet Ruhig aber nicht weit vom Strand Schöne grosse Terasse Gut ausgestattete Küche Komfortables Bett Was man noch ändern könnte: ● Übersicht am Eingang, so das man die Wohnung nicht suchen muss im Haus ● Hinweis wo die Mülleimer sind ● kein WLAN obwohl 3 Netze verfügbar wären (aber ke in Passwort)
