Überschaubare Größe des Wohnobjekts, Fußläufige Nähe zu Ortskern und Strand, super ausgestattete Wohnung. NICHT gefallen: Überlaute und rücksichtslose Mieter der über "unserer" Wohnung liegenden Wohnung 11. Eine Gruppe jüngerer Bewohner, die sich ungezügelt musikalisch und überlaut auf der Dachterrasse ausgetobt haben.
