Überteuert

Schlüsselübergabe wurde innnerhalb des Ankunftsfensters vor Ort nicht eingehalten. Bei Ankunft wurde mit einem Schreiben an der Tür auf einen weiteren Schlüsselübergabeort hingewiesen der zusätzlich angefahren werden musste. Bei der Ankunft in der Wohnung um 16:30 Uhr waren die Reiningungskräfte noch nicht fertig. Zu Wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz wurde zusätzlich berechnet.
