There is a bright, open living and dining area and a cozy dining and sofa area. TV and DVD player are available. The kitchenette is equipped with all common kitchen appliances. The apartment with balcony has a modern shower room with walk-in shower. There are two separate bedrooms in this 3-room apartment. 2 people can sleep on a double bed. In the second bedroom are two single beds. To secure a stair gate was attached. With only 60 meters from the beach, this apartment with elevator and underground parking is perfect for a holiday in the Baltic Sea - also for seniors and handicapped people. The car can be parked in parking garage number 23. This apartment is suitable for a holiday with a dog. Up to 2 pets are welcome (plus 10 € / Ov per pet). Bicycles In the underground garage there are 2 general storage rooms. Here you can accommodate your borrowed or brought bicycles & Co. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle.
