Close to the center of town, where numerous events are offered during the high season and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby as well as a spa park with a pier and a beach lounge.

You can expect a recently renovated 4-room maisonette (over two levels) apartment on the 2nd Upper floor, which impresses with an excellent living space with a living space of 89m². Lower level: modern living area with high quality kitchen unit? Comfortable oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and much more. Chic living-dining area with access to the roof terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed and the guest toilet.
