This beachfront apartment for 2 to 5 guests in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea is due to its proximity to the beach for all families who want to spend a holiday near the beach.   Facilities The newly renovated apartment is divided into two living levels with two separate bedrooms. In addition to the first bedroom with a double bed, the lower floor has a welcoming and modern living, cooking and dining area, which lacks nothing in terms of features and kitchen facilities. Relax after an exciting day on the balcony. The upper level has an open gallery, the second separate bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed and the shower room with toilet. Special features WLAN is included. In the apartment are pets gg. Fee allowed. The washing machine is in the laundry room of the house and can be used free of charge if required. Dear guests and prospective customers, we are pleased to inform you that a new four-star hotel called "Baltischer Hof" of the hotel group "Wyndham" in Dünenweg 3 is currently under construction. Expected by the end of 2020, guests of the seaside resort Boltenhagen can enjoy the new hotel with restaurant, a small spa and wellness area and a nice view. Thus it can come here in this time from time to time also to noise disturbances! Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
