Only 40 meters to the beach. In a central location, directly at the spa gardens of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, there is the sea view apartment - small house by the sea - with 80 sqm of living space and a large roof terrace in south / west facing position and a view of the town center. The 2-room maisonette apartment is well equipped for up to 3 people and partly in a retro style. A separate bedroom is available. WiFi free of charge. In the immediate vicinity are the 290m long pier, the spa park and the fine sandy almost 5km long Baltic Sea beach. On the ground floor of the house there is a small bakery with breakfast options. Parking space free of charge, non-smoking apartment no pets.

The charming 2-room maisonette apartment is 40 meters from the Baltic Sea and offers a living space of 80sqm for up to 3 people. You live in the 1st Upper floor over two levels.  - Small house by the sea - has a separate entrance. The roof terrace facing south / west and thus towards the town center is 12sqm in size and is seasonally furnished. The spacious living / dining area welcomes you bright and friendly, from where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. Furthermore, there is a comfortable sofa in the living area as well as a retro style bench and a dining table. The technical equipment includes a television, music system, free WiFi. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and more. S. W. In the 2nd On the living level there is a large bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and a modern shower room. A free parking space is available for your car. It is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. For guests who prefer short distances, this vacation home in the immediate vicinity of the spa park is ideal. Enjoy your daily breakfast with guest discount in the in-house bakery. Stroll along the middle promenade past small boutiques to the coastal grove.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ein Traum. Groß, hell, mit riesiger Terrasse und modernem Bad. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
