This 2-room apartment offers for 2-4 persons an excellent equipment for a great Baltic Sea holiday in Boltenhagen. With the free Wi-Fi access you are always up to date in this apartment. Equipment The brightly furnished 2-room apartment provides nearly 55 square meters of living space with its ample facilities up to 4 people for a carefree holiday. The cozy living and dining area offers next to the couch, of course, satellite TV (flat screen) and a great book corner for bookworms. The dining area for 4 people offers enough space for dining or a cozy get-together. The couch can be pulled out if necessary and offers a place to sleep for 2 guests. A walk-in closet is accessible from the living area. The bedroom has a double bed for a good night's sleep. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has u. a. about dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge freezer and more. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Enjoy the sun and wonderful Baltic Sea air on the furnished terrace with adjoining green area. You can park your car directly at the house on the reserved parking space No. 107 free of charge. Special features Smoking is not permitted in senior citizen-friendly premises, but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. Guests are welcome to use the private lodge for bicycles. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. For a rental of 10 nights the room service is included. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts war komplett okay, einige kleine Punkte die hätten besser sein können. (z.b. fehlte ein Kleiderschrank) ansonsten war das Objekt komplett Inordung und zu Empfehlen. Die Entfernung zum Strand kann ich mit 300m-500m angeben was mehr als in Ordnung ist. Eine Einkaufmöglichkeit war keine 300m entfernt. Ein persönlicher Parkplatz gehörte zum Objekt.
