The 2-bedroom holiday apartment 8 in the villa has a balcony and its second floor. The Non smoking apartment is allergy friendly. Dear guests and prospective customers, we are happy to inform you that a new four-star hotel called "Baltischer Hof" of the hotel group "Wyndham" in Dünenweg 3 is currently under construction. Expected by the end of 2020, guests of the seaside resort Boltenhagen can enjoy the new hotel with restaurant, a small spa and wellness area and a nice view. Thus it can come here in this time from time to time also to noise disturbances! In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
